4. Participation Confirmation

Providing false or misleading information may result in:

6. Final Authority & Judging Decisions

are final and binding.

Participants agree not to challenge these decisions through legal action, arbitration, public disputes, or social media campaigns.

7. Media Release & Intellectual Property

Participants grant MyDream Global an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to:

• photograph
• film
• livestream
• record
• reproduce
• publish
• distribute
• broadcast
• license
• edit
• archive
• promote

This includes use of the individual’s:

• name
• image
• likeness
• voice
• social media handles
• biographical information

All content created during MyDream Global events becomes the exclusive intellectual property of MyDream Global.

Participants waive rights to royalties, compensation, approval rights, or copyright claims.

8. Social Media Conduct

Individuals interacting with MyDream Global must maintain professional conduct online and offline.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• defamatory statements
• harassment
• misrepresentation of the brand
• damaging the reputation of MyDream Global or its programs

Violation may result in:

• disqualification
• removal from programs

9. Payment Terms & Financial Policies

Participants agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or refund requests.

If a chargeback occurs, the responsible individual must reimburse MyDream Global for:

Failure to resolve chargebacks may result in legal recovery actions and permanent platform ban.

10. Platform Usage Fees

MyDream Global operates digital platforms including:

MyDream Global may charge platform usage fees which may be adjusted at any time at its sole discretion.

11. E-Voting Agreement

Certain competitions include online public voting systems. Participants acknowledge:

Contestants accept full responsibility for any credit card disputes, refunds, or chargebacks related to votes associated with their campaign.

MyDream Global is not responsible for disputes between contestants and supporters regarding vote purchases.

12. Fashion Week & Production Participation

Participants acknowledge that:

• runway placements may change
• production editing may alter appearances
• event schedules may change

All production decisions remain solely at the discretion of MyDream Global.

13. Non-Compete for Winners

Any contestant declared a winner or titleholder agrees not to compete in competing pageants or events for one (1) year without written authorization from MyDream Global.

Violation may result in title revocation and disqualification from future MyDream events.

14. License Holder Non-Compete

Individuals or companies granted licenses to operate MyDream Global events agree not to operate competing events for ten (10) years following termination of the license.

License holders acknowledge they are independent operators and not owners of the MyDream brand.

15. Sponsorship Agreements

Sponsors acknowledge that promotional visibility may vary depending on event programming, production logistics, and marketing schedules.

All sponsorship payments are non-refundable once confirmed.

16. Ticket Purchase Terms

All ticket purchases are:

• non-refundable
• non-transferable unless authorized by MyDream Global

MyDream Global reserves the right to adjust seating arrangements or event logistics when necessary.

Any individual initiating chargebacks or fraudulent disputes agrees that the financial obligation remains legally owed to MyDream Global.

MyDream Global may pursue recovery through legal collections and may permanently ban the individual from all programs.

31. Platform Abuse

Fraudulent activity including vote manipulation, payment fraud, impersonation, or misuse of digital systems may result in immediate removal and legal enforcement.

32. Digital Platform Governance

Users interacting with MyDream Global platforms including MyDream Network and digital registration systems must comply with platform rules established by MyDream Global.

33. Intellectual Property Enforcement

All trademarks, logos, titles, event names, publications, productions, and creative materials associated with MyDream Global are protected intellectual property.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

34. Brand Representation Restrictions

Participants may not represent themselves as owners or official controlling representatives of MyDream Global.

35. Titleholder Conduct

Titleholders must maintain professional conduct throughout their title year.

MyDream Global may revoke titles if conduct damages the brand.

36. License Governance Authority

All licenses remain subject to oversight and review by MyDream Global.

37. Data Usage

Participants acknowledge that MyDream Global may collect and process information related to registrations, transactions, and platform usage.

38. Promotional Communications

Participants consent to receive communications regarding events, promotions, and opportunities within the MyDream ecosystem.

39. Global Operations

MyDream Global operates internationally and events may occur across multiple countries and jurisdictions.

These Terms automatically apply to any future programs, events, platforms, or productions created by MyDream Global.
