These Terms apply to all services provided through our websites and digital platforms, including beauty pageants, fashion weeks, modeling and talent competitions, event registrations, academy programs, workshops, online courses, ticket sales, sponsorship programs, vendor/judge/volunteer registrations, franchise and state director programs, membership programs, merchandise sales, media productions, television programs, live streaming, digital downloads, networking services, customer support, mobile applications, and future products and services offered by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL.

1.3 Eligibility

To use our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian where participation by minors is permitted; that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete; and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, SMS Terms & Conditions, Contestant Agreements, Event Rules, Registration Forms, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Media Release Forms, Sponsor Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and any event-specific rules or participation agreements. If there is a conflict between these Terms and an event-specific agreement, the event-specific agreement will govern only with respect to that event.

1.6 Contact Information

Definitions

For the purposes of these Website Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1 Company

"Company," "MyDream," "we," "our," or "us" refers to MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL, a company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States of America, together with its subsidiaries, affiliated brands, websites, digital platforms, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and authorized partners.

"Services" means all products, programs, competitions, pageants, fashion weeks, events, media productions, educational programs, online services, memberships, software, ticketing services, sponsorship programs, digital content, networking services, merchandise, and any other services provided by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL.

2.4 User

A "User" means any individual or organization that accesses, browses, visits, registers, purchases, communicates with, or otherwise uses our Website or Services.

2.5 Account

"Account" means a registered profile created by a User on any MyDream platform, including MyDream Network, that allows access to features, registrations, purchases, communications, or other services.

2.6 Participant

A "Participant" means any person who registers for, attends, competes in, volunteers at, sponsors, judges, performs at, exhibits at, or otherwise participates in any event, competition, program, or service organized by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL.

2.7 Contestant

A "Contestant" means an individual who applies for or participates in a pageant, modeling competition, talent competition, fashion event, casting, audition, or similar program organized by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL.

2.8 Sponsor

A "Sponsor" means any individual, company, organization, or entity providing financial support, products, services, promotional assistance, or sponsorship for an event, program, or activity.

2.9 Vendor

A "Vendor" means any exhibitor, supplier, contractor, service provider, consultant, photographer, videographer, designer, makeup artist, choreographer, venue provider, production company, freelancer, or other business partner working with MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL.

2.10 Judge

A "Judge" means any individual appointed by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL to evaluate contestants, performances, competitions, or events.

2.11 Organizer

An "Organizer" means MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL and its authorized employees, officers, directors, contractors, franchisees, state directors, national directors, volunteers, event coordinators, or representatives responsible for planning, managing, or administering an event or service.

2.12 Event

An "Event" includes any pageant, fashion week, modeling competition, conference, workshop, seminar, exhibition, academy program, awards ceremony, networking event, television production, livestream, promotional campaign, or other activity organized by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL.

2.13 Registration

"Registration" means any application, booking, enrollment, purchase, or submission made by a User to participate in an Event or Service.

2.14 Membership

A "Membership" means any subscription, premium account, partner program, or membership offered by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL.

2.15 Content

"Content" means all text, images, photographs, videos, audio recordings, graphics, logos, artwork, software, databases, documents, files, designs, trademarks, comments, messages, and other materials available on or submitted through the Website.

2.16 User Content

"User Content" means any content uploaded, submitted, posted, transmitted, or shared by a User, including photographs, videos, biographies, portfolios, resumes, documents, comments, reviews, testimonials, and social media links.

2.17 Intellectual Property

"Intellectual Property" includes copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, designs, patents, trade secrets, software, databases, publications, videos, photographs, graphics, and all other proprietary rights owned by or licensed to MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL.

"Digital Products" means downloadable content, online courses, videos, software, templates, e-books, digital memberships, virtual tickets, streaming content, and other electronically delivered products.

2.19 Merchandise

"Merchandise" means physical products offered for sale, including apparel, accessories, event materials, promotional items, souvenirs, publications, and branded products.

2.20 Force Majeure

A "Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond the reasonable control of MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL, including natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, internet outages, power failures, cyberattacks, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events that prevent or delay performance.

2.21 Third-Party Services

"Third-Party Services" means products or services provided by independent companies, including payment processors, communication providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, social media platforms, CRM systems, or other technology providers used in connection with our Services.

2.22 Applicable Law

"Applicable Law" means all federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, and legal requirements applicable to the use of our Website or Services.

2.23 Business Day

A "Business Day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday observed in the State of New Jersey, USA.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our websites and services, including MyDream Network, event registrations, contestant portals, sponsorship programs, ticket purchases, and other online services, users may be required to create an account or submit registration information. By creating an account or registering for any service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3.1 Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to register for pageants, fashion weeks, or competitions; purchase event tickets or merchandise; become a sponsor, vendor, judge, or volunteer; register for workshops or academy programs; submit applications; access MyDream Network or digital content; or participate in online services. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration.

3.2 Eligibility

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement; that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where participation by minors is permitted; that all information you provide is true, complete, and accurate; that you are not prohibited from using our Services under applicable law; and that you will comply with these Terms and all event-specific rules.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date information — including name, email address, mobile number, mailing address, emergency contact information, payment information (where applicable), profile information, social media links, biography, and other requested information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension, cancellation of registration, or termination of your account.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to create a strong password, keep your login credentials confidential, not share your account with another person, notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, and log out after using shared or public devices.

3.5 One Account Per User

Unless expressly authorized by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL, each individual may maintain only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, gain unfair advantages, manipulate competitions, abuse promotions, or avoid account suspension is prohibited. We reserve the right to merge, suspend, or remove duplicate accounts.

3.6 Business Accounts

Organizations, sponsors, vendors, agencies, educational institutions, media companies, and business partners may create business accounts. The individual creating the account represents that they are authorized to act on behalf of the organization. The organization is responsible for all activities conducted through its account.

3.7 Account Verification

To protect our users and maintain the integrity of our Services, we may require identity verification before allowing access to certain features. Verification may include email verification, mobile number verification, One-Time Password (OTP), government-issued identification (where necessary), payment verification, or additional documentation. Failure to complete verification may limit access to certain Services.

3.8 Username Requirements

Usernames must not impersonate another individual or organization, infringe trademarks or intellectual property rights, contain offensive, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful language, or mislead other users regarding identity or affiliation. We reserve the right to modify or remove usernames that violate these Terms.

3.9 Password Requirements

Users are responsible for creating and maintaining secure passwords. We recommend that passwords be unique, contain uppercase and lowercase letters, include numbers and special characters, and not be reused across multiple services. Users are responsible for all activities occurring under their account.

3.10 Unauthorized Access

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL immediately. We may temporarily suspend the account, reset account credentials, require identity verification, investigate suspicious activity, and restrict access while the matter is reviewed.

3.11 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to any account if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms or event rules, submitted fraudulent information, engaged in unlawful conduct, infringed intellectual property rights, attempted unauthorized access to our systems, disrupted our Services, misused our platform, or failed to comply with payment obligations. 3.12 Account Termination

We may terminate an account if the user requests account deletion, fraudulent activity is confirmed, the account remains inactive for an extended period (consistent with our business practices), continued access poses a security or legal risk, or termination is required by law or court order. Termination does not automatically cancel financial obligations, event registrations, contractual commitments, or rights previously granted under these Terms.

3.13 User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account credentials, complying with applicable laws, respecting the rights of other users, using the Website responsibly, paying applicable fees, and following event-specific rules and instructions.

3.14 No Transfer of Accounts

Accounts are personal unless expressly designated as business or organizational accounts. Users may not sell, transfer, rent, share, or assign accounts to another person without our prior written approval.

3.15 Account Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of their account by contacting MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL. Deletion requests will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain financial records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce contractual rights, or preserve historical event records.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree that you will not:

• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information; create fake accounts
• Impersonate another individual, organization, contestant, sponsor, judge, or MyDream representative
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliations
• Circumvent registration or eligibility requirements
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or databases
• Interfere with the operation or security of our Services
• Upload malicious software, viruses, worms, ransomware, spyware, or harmful code
• Attempt to disrupt, disable, overload, or damage our Websites or Services
• Engage in phishing, fraud, identity theft, or other deceptive practices
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers without our prior written permission
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where expressly permitted by applicable law

4.3 User Conduct

Users must behave in a respectful and professional manner. 4.4 Intellectual Property Respect

You must respect the intellectual property rights of MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL and third parties. When submitting content, you agree that you own the content or have the necessary rights to submit it, the content is accurate and lawful, the content does not violate any person's privacy or intellectual property rights, the content does not contain malware or harmful code, and the content complies with these Terms. We reserve the right to review, reject, edit, remove, or disable access to User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4.6 Commercial Activities

Unless expressly authorized in writing, users may not advertise products or services, solicit business from other users, sell merchandise through our platform, conduct unauthorized fundraising, promote competing events or organizations, use our participant lists or contact information for marketing purposes, or engage in unauthorized commercial activities. Approved sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, and partners may engage in commercial activities only within the scope of their written agreement.

4.7 Security of the Platform

Users must not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of our Websites or Services. Prohibited activities include password guessing, credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, unauthorized security testing, unauthorized scanning of our systems, circumventing access controls, tampering with website functionality, and attempting to access restricted areas. Any suspected security issue should be reported promptly.

4.8 Fair Participation

Participants must compete fairly. Users may not falsify eligibility information, submit fraudulent applications, manipulate voting or judging processes, use multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, attempt to influence judges through improper means, misrepresent titles, awards, or affiliations, or engage in cheating or unethical conduct. Violation may result in disqualification, suspension, or permanent exclusion from future events.

4.9 Respect for Other Users

Users must respect the privacy, dignity, and rights of others. You may not publish another person's personal information without authorization, share confidential information, record or distribute private communications without appropriate permission where required by law, or misuse participant directories or contact information.

4.10 Monitoring and Enforcement

To protect our users and Services, MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL may monitor activity on its Websites and platforms, consistent with applicable law. If we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, we may issue a warning, remove or disable content, suspend or terminate an account, cancel registrations or memberships, restrict access to specific features, disqualify a participant from an event, report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities, or pursue legal remedies. Nothing in this section obligates MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL to actively monitor all user activity or content.

4.11 Reporting Violations

If you believe another user has violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct, please contact us at Info@MyDreamGlobal.com. We will review reports in accordance with our policies and applicable law. Submission of a report does not guarantee any specific outcome or enforcement action.

4.12 Reservation of Rights

MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL reserves the right to interpret and enforce this Acceptable Use Policy in good faith to protect the security, integrity, reputation, and lawful operation of its Websites and Services. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

The following names, brands, logos, slogans, and related branding are the property of MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL or are used under license: MyDream, MyDream Global, MyDream Global Runway, MyDream Network, MyDream TV USA, MyDream Times, MyDream Magazine, Mrs Universe USA, Mr Universe USA, Miss Bharat USA, Miss International Diva, Miss South Asia Universe, MyDream NYFW, Next Top Model, MyDream Fashion Week, and any current or future MyDream brands, event names, logos, slogans, and related marks.

5.3 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Websites and Services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not permit you to copy our website, reproduce our content, sell our materials, modify our software, create competing services based on our platform, or use our trademarks without permission. This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms.

5.4 Copyright Protection

All original content published by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties — including website text, articles, blogs, event brochures, photography, videos, livestreams, television productions, graphics, logos, marketing materials, training materials, software, databases, digital publications, event recordings, and printed materials. 5.5 User License Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not copy or reproduce website content, download entire galleries of photographs, record livestreams for redistribution, republish articles or publications, sell or license our content, modify our graphics or logos, use our photographs for commercial purposes, use our videos in advertisements, remove copyright notices, reverse engineer software, or create derivative works from our protected content.

5.6 User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of the original content they submit, subject to the license granted under our Privacy Policy and any applicable participation agreements. By submitting content, you grant MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL the rights necessary to host, display, reproduce, distribute, publish, promote, archive, and otherwise use that content in connection with our business operations.

5.7 Third-Party Intellectual Property

Event Registration, Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL offers registrations for pageants, fashion weeks, competitions, conferences, workshops, academy programs, sponsorships, vendor participation, ticketed events, memberships, merchandise, and other services. By registering for any Event or purchasing any product or service through our Websites, you agree to the terms set forth in this section.

6.1 Registration

Registration is considered complete only after submission of the required registration form; acceptance of your application by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL, where applicable; receipt of all required documentation; successful payment of applicable fees; and confirmation issued by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into any event, competition, pageant, fashion show, or program.

6.2 Eligibility

Each Event may have specific eligibility requirements — including minimum or maximum age, citizenship or residency, gender or category eligibility, experience requirements, required documentation, educational or professional qualifications, compliance with event rules, and health or safety requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all eligibility requirements before submitting your registration.

6.3 Registration Fees

Certain Events or Services require payment of fees, which may include contestant registration fees, sponsorship fees, vendor fees, booth fees, ticket purchases, membership fees, workshop fees, academy tuition, merchandise purchases, digital products, and donations. Payments may be processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Authorize.Net, and other approved payment processors. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider. MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL does not store complete credit or debit card numbers.

6.5 Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, the payment information provided is accurate, sufficient funds or credit are available, and you authorize MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL and its payment processors to charge the applicable amount.

6.6 Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, you may receive confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, MyDream Network, online receipt, or invoice. If you do not receive a confirmation, you should contact us before assuming that your registration has been completed.

6.7 Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, rejected, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, your registration may remain incomplete, your reservation may not be secured, your account or application may be suspended until payment is successfully completed, and we reserve the right to cancel unpaid registrations.

6.8 Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including duplicate payments; payments processed in error by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL; event cancellation by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL where no suitable alternative is offered; or situations where a refund is required by applicable law. Any approved refund will generally be issued using the original payment method, where practicable.

6.9 Cancellation by Participant

If you choose to cancel your participation, registration fees, sponsorship fees, and vendor fees are generally non-refundable. Travel, accommodation, visa, shipping, or other personal expenses are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may contact us to discuss available options, such as transferring your registration, if permitted for the specific Event.

6.10 Cancellation, Postponement, or Modification by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an Event, change the venue or date, modify the schedule, change speakers, judges, performers, or hosts, modify Event formats, replace venues or facilities, or limit attendance where necessary. If an Event is cancelled by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL and no comparable alternative is offered, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, issue a refund, offer a credit toward a future Event, or transfer your registration to another Event. Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL for the affected registration, unless otherwise required by law.

6.11 Force Majeure

MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, hurricanes, pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, visa restrictions, labor disputes, power failures, internet outages, cybersecurity incidents, transportation disruptions, or venue closures. In such circumstances, we may reschedule, modify, relocate, cancel, or provide alternative arrangements.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, bank fees, currency conversion charges, or similar costs associated with your purchase unless otherwise stated.

6.14 Registration Transfers

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing, are subject to approval, may require payment of an administrative fee, and must comply with the Event's eligibility requirements. 6.15 No Guarantee of Awards or Titles

Payment of a registration fee or acceptance of an application does not guarantee selection as a contestant, winning a title, placement in a competition, sponsorship opportunities, media coverage, modeling contracts, employment, scholarships, endorsements, or prizes or awards. Results are determined according to the rules and judging criteria applicable to each Event.

Contestant, Participant, Sponsor, Vendor, Judge, and Event Participant Responsibilities

MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL is committed to providing a safe, professional, respectful, and inclusive environment for all individuals participating in our pageants, fashion weeks, competitions, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, media productions, and related events. By registering for or participating in any Event, you agree to comply with these Terms, all published event rules, and any instructions issued by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL or its authorized representatives.

7.1 Compliance with Event Rules

All participants must comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Event Rules, Contest Rules, Venue Policies, Health and Safety Requirements, instructions issued by organizers, and applicable laws and regulations. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the Event.

7.2 Professional Conduct

Participants are expected to treat others with dignity and respect, follow lawful instructions from event staff, maintain professional behavior, respect cultural diversity, promote a positive environment, avoid disruptive conduct, and cooperate with security personnel when necessary.

7.3 Code of Conduct

Participants shall not harass or intimidate others, engage in discrimination, use abusive or offensive language, commit acts of violence or threats, engage in bullying, damage venue property, consume or distribute illegal drugs, engage in unlawful conduct, possess dangerous weapons unless authorized by law and the venue, or interfere with event operations. Violation may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund where permitted by law.

7.4 Contestant Responsibilities

Contestants are responsible for providing accurate registration information, meeting eligibility requirements, attending required rehearsals, arriving on time, wearing appropriate attire as required, following competition rules, respecting judges and organizers, maintaining professional conduct, completing required documentation, and meeting payment obligations. Contestants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, visas, insurance, and personal expenses unless expressly stated otherwise.

7.5 Sponsor Responsibilities

Sponsors agree to provide accurate company information, fulfill payment obligations, deliver sponsorship materials within published deadlines, use MyDream branding only as authorized, comply with sponsorship agreements, and avoid misleading advertising or unauthorized claims regarding their relationship with MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL.

7.6 Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to comply with venue rules, maintain required business licenses where applicable, obtain any required permits or insurance, follow setup and teardown schedules, operate in a safe and lawful manner, ensure that products and services comply with applicable laws, and respect the rights of attendees and other exhibitors.

7.7 Judge Responsibilities

Judges appointed by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL agree to evaluate participants fairly and impartially, avoid conflicts of interest, maintain confidentiality where required, follow the published judging criteria, conduct themselves professionally, and refrain from accepting gifts, favors, or other benefits intended to influence judging decisions. 7.8 Media and Photography

Participants acknowledge that official photographers, videographers, broadcasters, and media representatives may capture photographs, audio, and video during Events. Participants agree not to interfere with official media operations. Personal photography and recording may be restricted in certain areas or during specific portions of an Event.

7.9 Health and Safety

Participants agree to comply with all health and safety requirements established by MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL, event venues, local authorities, and applicable laws. Participants must immediately report medical emergencies, safety hazards, security concerns, accidents, or injuries. MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL may remove any participant whose conduct presents a reasonable risk to the safety or well-being of others.

7.10 Dress Code

Certain Events may require specific attire or uniforms — including contest attire, evening wear, national costume, fashion garments, professional business attire, and event credentials. Failure to comply may affect participation in specific activities.

7.11 Prohibited Items

Unless specifically authorized, participants may not bring to an Event illegal drugs, illegal weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, unauthorized promotional materials, counterfeit merchandise, or dangerous objects prohibited by venue rules. Event organizers may inspect bags or personal belongings where permitted by applicable law and venue policies.

7.12 Disqualification and Removal
