All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

To use our services:

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if participating as a minor in eligible categories
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You must not have been previously suspended or removed from our platforms

All intellectual property associated with Mydream Global, including but not limited to:

• Pageant titles and formats

• Event formats and production elements

are the exclusive property of Mydream Global. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Engage in discriminatory behavior
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Disparage Mydream Global, its brands, or affiliates

By participating in any Mydream Global event, you grant us:

• The right to photograph, film, and record your participation
• The right to use your name, likeness, image, and voice
• The right to publish content through MydreamTVUSA, Mydream Magazine, Mydream Times, and partner media platforms
• The right to use content for promotional, advertising, and editorial purposes
• These rights are granted worldwide, in perpetuity, across all media formats

This release includes distribution through our media partners including ZEE5, ZEE TV, and other affiliated platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Mydream Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service
• We are not responsible for third-party actions, products, or services
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in events

Participants assume all risks associated with travel, event participation, and related activities.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services ceases immediately
• Any licenses granted to you are revoked
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions that by nature should survive termination shall remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
